Install Git in Ubuntu

Here are the commands for installing Git in Ubuntu. These commands should work on any Ubuntu version, including 21.10, 20.04, and 18,04.


Install Git with basic functionalities

sudo apt-get install git


Install Git with all available functionalities

sudo apt-get install git-all


Confirm that Git has been installed

git --version

সত্য বলতে, হাতের লেখা ‘ সুন্দর ’ বা ভালো করা মোটেও কোন কঠিন কাজ নয়। হাতের লেখা ‘ সুন্দর ’ করতে মূল তঃ যে তিনটি বিষয় প্রয়োজন সেগুলো হলো : ১ . ‘ সুন্দর ’ করে লেখার বিষয়ে নিজের আগ্রহ বা ইচ্ছে থাকা, ২. হাতের লেখা ‘ সুন্দর ’ করার সঠিক ও সহজ কৌশল বা উপায় জানা, ও ৩. নিয়মিত হাতের লেখার চর্চা করা। হাতের লেখার মাধ্যমে বোঝা যায়, মানুষের মনোযোগ, স্থিরতা ও চিন্তা করার ক্ষমতা।   ‘ সুন্দর ’ হাতের লেখার প্রশংসা সবাই করে। আর হাতের লেখা ‘ সুন্দর ’ হলে পরীক্ষায়ও ভালো নম্বর পাওয়া যায়। নীচের পরামর্শগুলো অনুসরণ করলে হাতের লেখা অবশ্যই ‘ সুন্দর ’ হবে। ·          প্রতিটি অক্ষর বা বর্ণ স্পস্ট হতে হবে, যাতে আলাদা-আলাদা ভাবে বোঝা যায় যে, ঠিক কোন অক্ষর লেখা হয়েছে। বাংলা লেখার ক্ষেত্রে, মাত্রা র সঠিক ব্যবহার করতে হবে। ইংরেজির ক্ষেত্রে ‘ ক্যপিটাল ’ ও ‘ স্মল ’ লেটার সঠিকভাবে লিখতে হবে। ·          লেখার স্টাইল বা ধরণ (যেমন, সোজা/খাড়া বা বাঁকা/কাত) যে রকমই হোক না কেন, অক্ষরগুলোর আকার ও আকৃতি একই রকম হতে হবে। অক্ষর ছোট-বড় বা মোটা-চিকন করা যাবে না। ·          এমন কিছু অক্ষর আছে যেগুলো

Electricity from Pathar-Kuchi

I was amazed to read an article in Jugantor on 2nd February 2009. According to the article, electricity could be generated from Pathar-Kuchi, an indigenous plant of Bangladesh. I don't know the scientific name of the plant. It was claimed that substantial amount of electricity could be generated with the technology proposed by Dr. Kamrul Amal Khan, Chairman of the Department of Physics of Jagannath University and three of his associates. They explained in a seminar in Dhaka that 60-100 megawatt electricity could be generated from Pathar-Kuchi produced only from one acre of land. Click here to view the full article.
